United Nations, 23 February 2009 - Media Stakeout - Today Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon urged officials in Myanmar to release all political prisoners, without delay and without conditions. "This is the time for Myanmar to seize the opportunity..." Mr. Ban said to the media at UN Headquarters in New York. The Secretary-General spoke to the media after hosting a meeting with the Group of Friends of the Secretary-General on Myanmar.
