Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and other two were taken to the Insein prison court at around 8 am. Many of her belonging were taken with her. I suppose that she might not be sent back her home.

According
to U Kyi Win, lawyer of DASSK, who met her in her residence on May 13, 2009at 4:00 PM, here are the updates.

Police Special Branch, led by Police Colonel Win Myint Htun, came to see her on
May 12, 2009 and gave her a summon, which was an instruction of a judge asking
her to be appeared before the Special Court to face the charges on May 14,
2009.

Police also told her that she and two women companions will be relocated to a
house nearby the Insein Prison, during the trials.

(3) She asked her lawyer U Kyi Win to wait for her at Insein Prison in the
morning of May 14, 2009.

U Kyi Win, his assistant lawyer U Hla Myo Myint, and NLD lawyer U Nyan Win will
be going to Insein Prison to try to represent her.

She will be charged with the Section 22 of the State Protection Act, which says
that “any person against whom action is taken, who opposes, resists, or
disobeys any order passed under this Law shall be liable to imprisonment for a
period of from three years up to five years, or to a fine of up to 5,000 Kyats,
or to both”.

(6) This American guy entered into her house once in 2008, met with Daw
Khin Khin Win and asked permission to meet the Lady. The Lady refused to meet
him and asked him to leave the compound through Daw Khin Khin Win. Then he
left. Later, when she got a chance to meet with Dr. Tin Myo Win for medical
check-up, she asked him to report to the authorities about illegal entrance of
a stranger into her compound. Dr. Tin Myo reported to the Police Special
Branch, as instructed by DASSK, but no action was taken.

This time, when he came in and asked permission for a meeting with DASSK, she
came to meet him and asked him to leave right away. He left right away, and it
may not be true that he stayed there for two days.

(8) Situation is very complicated and troubling. DASSK thinks that she will be
relocated in a house nearby Insein Prison. But, I believe that she will be
detained in Insein Prison during the trial.
