U kyaw Myint (AKA) Wa Kyaw Myint
Arrested for 7% interest for interest to his clients in 1998-9? Now lives in Vancouver and doing another financial business. He was former military leader of U Ma Htoo Naw, CPB part of the wing. Disarmed and worked a business in Rangoon and Sino-Burma border. He believed to be informant of DEA one point about UWSA.

His first approach; was born in China side and joined the CPB army, he has few Chinese friends and during Khin Nyunt's era, he had connection with Col. San Pwint. He led few Burmese business delegations to China.
He claimed that he has China contacts, Approaching democratic movement 2007 in August; he invited activists

(son of Sao Shwe Thik/EBO) as speakers, topic was Sino-Burma relations and democratic movement.
December 2007, he again approached me with money to join his UDP, offered 10000 USD a month, I refused to do so, but I offered if he needs, please let me know, I also discussed how much he could provide me a more like of China. bt, and party shared half of my debt.

Free Shop license, and torism spot.
U YH approached U Thu Wai about funding resources from Wa Kyaw Myint and his connection with China and 4 Ethnic groups. UTW agreed to accept it.
U YH also approached Cho Cho Kyaw Nyein and Nay Kyi Ba Swe that he approached U TW. U Htwe Myint and other veterans impressed with U YH's presentation. When NLD might not enter 2010, we will take over, funding from Wa KM, we will have 60 seats, please U TW should lead. Most of the UDP core groups are opportunists and they feel that power
vacuum if NLD might not enter or decided not to enter, they should
take over.
