ASEAN Submit & Human Rights Issue (VOA Burmese)

ASEAN is hosting its 14th Submit on February 26-March 1 in Thailand. Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva, Chairperson of the Submit, said that a summit would mark a "new chapter" for the region with several important issues.
